Policies:

Tuition assistance and scholarships: We offer financial assistance, adjusted tuition rates, and extended payment plans for families who are in need. Contact Caitlyn directly to explain your situation and discuss options!

Refunds for Missed Classes: In the event that a class is canceled due to inclement weather, teacher illness, or other extenuating circumstances, we will do our best to schedule a make up class. We do NOT provide refunds for dancers missing classes due to other obligations or illness. Dancers are permitted to make up a limited number of classes by making prior arrangements with Caitlyn at least a week in advance. Classes may be made up by attending a class of a similar level within 2 weeks of the missed class.

Attendance: Regular attendance in dance class is important, not only for recital preparations, but also in order for dancers to make steady technical progress. When a dancers’ attendance becomes a concern, we will contact you to discuss a plan for course of action which may include scheduling private lessons to make up missed content or finding an alternative class placement.
